At The Pet Hospitals, we are committed to helping the animals who need us most. We support local rescues and shelters, rescue at-risk and injured homeless pets through our Good Samaritan program, and donate care, food, and medication to our shelter partners every year. We treat and care for over 1,000 animals each year through these programs in order to give stray dogs and cats the second chance they deserve.
The Good Sam Program treats forgotten animals who are found malnourished and in need of serious medical care. We treat stray dogs and cats through this program to give them a second chance and new lease on life.
We encourage people to adopt pets from local shelters by removing the initial financial barriers. If you adopt a pet from a shelter or rescue organization we’ll provide a free first physical exam for your new family member.
We partner with several local shelters and animal sanctuaries in order to provide animals with routine care, heartworm and parasite treatment, and surgeries. We also donate food and medication. Contact us to see how you can help!
The Pet Hospitals is proud to support programs that help supply rabies vaccinations to the world’s most at-risk regions. That is why we purchase Nobivac® vaccines, which sponsors rabies vaccination donation to rabies eradication programs, such as Mission Rabies and Afya Serengeti. By using Nobivac® vaccines for our patients, we support the company’s ability to supply ongoing support and vaccine donations to areas in need. And, together we can eradicate rabies from the world!
