Current COVID-19 Protocols

Dear Pet Owners,

We are still here for you at all our locations with normal business hours. For your protection and the protection of our dedicated staff, we are asking you to let us come to your vehicle and get your pet and also to deliver needed medications rather than having you enter our facilities.

We will continue to provide your pets with the highest quality care you’ve come to expect, but with these protective measures in place:

• When you arrive at our office, a team member will meet you at your car window to discuss your pet’s visit or your needs

• Our team member will then bring your pet into our office where the doctor will perform their exam and then communicate with you via phone or in person at your vehicle regarding any treatment or next steps

• We will then bring your pet back to you and you can pay via our portable terminals or you can call our receptionists and we can process payment over the phone

We know this is a very unique situation and one we do not take lightly. Our team members continue to follow stringent protection protocols and sanitize themselves and terminals between each appointment. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and are honored to help provide you with peace of mind that your pets continue to receive high quality veterinary care from veterinarians you know and trust. Thank goodness we have our pets while we self-quarantine!
