Why did you become a vet?

I have always had a love for animals. Growing up, my family raised Labrador Retrievers and Great Danes. I will always remember our veterinarian going above and beyond for our pets. I spent a lot of time in high school working for our local veterinarians. That opportunity really opened my eyes to the profession. When I started the animal and dairy science program at Mississippi State, it only solidified my decision and career path.
